DELIVERY INFORMATION

• We will try our level best to deliver your product (s) within 5 working days.
• You can also track your online order. Simply click on the 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' button.
• All shipments are comprehensively insured at no additional cost to you, delivery is 100% guaranteed or your money back.  
• We deliver to any physical address within Gauteng provided it is not in an informal settlement. We also do not deliver to certain townships. 
• Orders under R1 000.00 are delivered at R90.00 Including VAT. 
• Orders over R1 000.00 are delivered free of charge. 
• For delivery queries, you may contact our delivery team on (011) 568-7527 or drop us an email on orders@emetech.co.za. Please provide your order number to facilitate the tracking. 
• Our Logistic team will contact you prior to delivery. Our delivery team is operational from Monday to Friday 09h00 to 17h00 and Saturday from 09h00 to 12h00.
